Re: “Members of the Gullah Geechee community call Revelry Brewing’s Gullah Cream Ale appropriation

Proceeds from "pale ale" should go to people with pigment deficiencies, Long Island charities get proceeds from the sale of Long Island Ice Tea, no blonde jokes unless you are actually a natural blonde, No Octoberfest unless you are actually a native of the bavarian countries, geez get real, get over yourselves and move on.

Re: “We owe the hospitality industry more than parking tickets

Let us park for free???? perhaps the F&b should deduct the cost of parking from the patrons bills, why should they pay to park to patronize your establishment and put money in your pocket? without the patrons you don't exist.

Re: “Thomas Dixon gives us a choice

yes, obama started as a community organizer and now spends his days hobbnobbing in country clubs fueling his life with corporate and special interest money." a man whose life experience much more closely reflects the lives of many south carolinians", yep those pesky southern addicts and criminals. Re: “If Charleston doesn't get real about social diversity it's going to feel a world of pain

"The city was built on our backs and now has forced us out,,,," Come on now. Stop playing the victim. Charlotte street and surrounding area has been around a long time and has changed with time and will continue to change. Look at the area around Hampton Park and northern rutledge ave. It changed from the 40's and 50's, then the 60's and 70's and so on. Being born on John Street as were my parents I can attest to the changes. You were not forced out, you chose to leave.
