Charleston Animal Society is a 'no kill' because they 'TNR' the old and sick... TNR = transport and release. How many animals get DUMPED out in the woods to die if they aren't adoptable... I guess not the cute little ones. Disgusting. If you don't believe me, go ahead and follow their trucks when they leave the facilities during the day, you just might catch them on a TNR run.
