Perhaps the most important lesson history has taught is that it repeats itself. It happens daily in Charleston, where people who aren't from here condescendingly inform locals about things that are obvious, if not already common knowledge.

Perhaps oysters will once again be harvested in low spots (expect an update to the PSC's 7 to Save List) but it will be after Mr. Thompson grows tired of his own voice, which I don't expect will happen anytime soon.
