so yall at the city paper know that bangledeshi´s are being beaten in the street these days for protesting sweatshop and dangerous conditions working for H and M and the gap amongst others. The factory that collapsed with workers in side earlier this year, was a factory for making for these companies. so is the really good news. maybe an article should be written about boycotting these kinds of companies rather than promoting them.
i never said USA Unions were great! In my OPinion they need to be much more radical!
also, what are you talking about truthrus, about people drinking and smoking pot on the job....what are you referencing....Are you referencing unionized workers. actually there is a much higher safety standard in unionized work. i know i worked in a theatre and stagehands union. I also worked in show production not in a union. The unionized work had much higher safety standards, and much less accidents...and can you give examples of this so called 'time out box'?
what makes my post invalid Carlos Danger?...and i really did not bet what you are trying to say truthrus?....I´ll just say that Unions have become whatered down, but are still better than the Conservative model or 'Right to Rip your ass off' policies!
Yeah Jaxx i can say the same for you as well!
