Mondays hangover was off the charts. As far as the Drivers from TB...1-2 and you're money, 3-4 and the wheels start coming off, 4-5 and you better call mom to pick u up, 6-7 an it's a total dumpster fire from that point forward. Santis had a great crowd as well.
Talking during a show is cool. But what's even better is when someone holds up their fat iPhone in front of your fat face for three minutes and "tapes" a whole song or takes multiple pics to post on the interwebz face gram twit jagbag thingy while the show is going on. That shovels and rope show was good. When is GAM gonna make a comeback?
I guess y'all didn't know he'd be there until 20 minutes before he was finished? I'm sure the Hipsters from Upper King would have flocked. Good article. Galaga Champ would be more impressive. Joust was....never that fun or popular. But a nice read.
This review affirmed my decision to stay in this weekend and watch reruns of Antique Road Show. Jeesh....
Re: “Columnist Erin Perkins goes to boogie at Republic Reign”
This place would be Club 54 in Toledo. At this pace, with the Matrix style clubs going up, upper K will soon look like Market street. Then we'll be forced to follow the kids to Hipsterborough and live by the "be rich, dress poor" code of coolness. Never really understood why Chais never made it. I liked that place.
