You might not "believe" in property rights but that's doesn't make them not real.
It is absolutely the property owners right to do with the land what he pleases. No one would disagree with that. That being said if any one single person on this planet had an ounce more compassion and empathy the world would be a much better place. We live in a world where we wage war on poor people. People who are just living within their meager means.
But yeah it's still the property owners prerogative.
Hey Andrew Davis, if I handed you a container of sodium hydroxide, or a bottle of ammonium thioglycolate would you know what to do with it without hurting yourself or another person?
Nope didn't think so. That is why we go through extensive hours of training and testing to receive our "arbitrary" piece of paper. That little piece of paper represents 1,500 hours of in school education, an 8 hour practical exam, and a written exam on client safety, sanitation, and infection control.
If you love what you do like I do, the few fees every 2 years are well worth it.
