Never ever allow any locality to prevent you from reporting a crime and this is a serious one, to local campus police.
Go to the nearest emergency room demand a rape kit be performed and demand they call the nearest state police department to send someone to being the investigation.l If you are required THEN contact campus police so they can conjunctively investigate.
This is sexual assault and battery with far reaching and serious consequences to the health of the people involved.
Who authored the Jessica Horton Act? What legislators allowed this to pass?
They need to be voted out of office.
