Regarding voter fraud: townhall.com/tipsheet/heatherginberg/2012/…
Ah yes, News 21...that bastion of the Fourth Estate. And the totally socialist Carnegie and Knight Foundations! We are reeking with objectivity! The right to vote is granted to all CITIZENS over the age of 18. In something as important as an election, I don't think it unreasonable for one to have to prove he's who he says he is. Don't you think it prudent to guarantee that someone is a legal citizen before being allowed to decide what will be the laws of our land? Also, I'm not imagining that such dreary scenarios can happen: "Those who cast the votes decide nothing. Those who count the votes decide everything." Joseph Stalin. You don't think the unimaginable can happen? I don't think I'm the one being unrealistic here.
@ Ron Liberte: Tell me if you sense any hypocrisy here: If you wanted to go to Michelle Obama's book signing you had to submit your social security number and show a photo ID. If you want to travel by plane or train or even enter the Justice Department in Washington D.C. you have to show a photo ID. However, to ask for valid ID before you vote is bigotry?
@ Ron Liberte: People who had information of suspicious activity prior to 9/11 were also thought to have paranoid Tom Clancy delusions. Look how that turned out. Regarding undocumented aliens: The Bush administration didn't close the borders, either. No one party has all the right answers for everything. My comments to you are referring to you describing as "bigots" all who oppose Obama. You just might be jumping to the wrong conclusion with that judgmental attitude, don't you think?
@ Ron Liberte: I love people from other countries. My ancestors came here LEGALLY from other countries. I don't love that people are coming here ILLEGALLY from other countries. Does the term "suitcase bomb" mean anything to you?
