Glad to see that y'all are seeing a rise in both interest and consumption of Rye Whiskey. Just an FYI, Templeton is not made in Iowa...it's purchased in bulk from the old Seagram's distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, and bottled in Iowa. And, while WhistlePig is based in Vermont, every drop of their Rye comes from a distillery in Alberta, Canada.
One glaring omission in your article is a mention of High West Distillery out of Park City, Utah. Amazing Ryes and other blends...and I have it on good authority that they'll soon be available in SC!
