Re: “The Capobiancos should stop fighting for custody of Baby Veronica

Judge John Roberts one of the supreme court judges, flew two pregnant women from Ireland to Brazil just so he could work round the law in Ireland. The law that says that only Irish nationals are allowed to adopt Irish babies. HE DOESN'T EVEN FOLLOW THE LAWS OF IRELAND so why was he allowed to rule on this case?

Re: “The Capobiancos should stop fighting for custody of Baby Veronica

Angie if his parental rights had been terminated at his signing why did (after the crap scotus ruling) did south carolina supreme court terminate his rights? According to you that had been done years ago. No the fact is that they had to do it because he hadn't signed his rights over.

Re: “The Capobiancos should stop fighting for custody of Baby Veronica

This is what the South Carolina supreme court originally said before the paps went to scotus
In mid-April of 2013, the Supreme Court Justices considered an appeal by the South Carolina couple and their lawyers to the South Carolina Supreme Court decision which held the following;

1. that it was in Veronica's best interests to be placed with her father;

2. that ICWA applied and was not unconstitutional;

3. the "Existing Indian Family" doctrine was inapplicable as an exception to
the application of the ICWA in this case;

4. that the father did not voluntarily consent to the termination of his
parental rights or the adoption;

5. the Appellants failed to prove by clear and convincing evidence that
Father's parental rights should be terminated or that granting custody of
Baby Girl to Father would likely result in serious emotional or physical
damage to Baby Girl.

See that its was in Veronica's best interest to be with her father, THE FATHER DID NOT VOLUNTARILY CONSENT TO THE TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS OR THE ADOPTION. There you go black and white he didn't agree or terminate his rights. the paps are using Veronica making money from pictures wrist bands and perfume

Re: “Baby Veronica case before U.S. Supreme Court Tuesday

The couple fighting her father for ownership of this little girl knew that he wanted her when they asked him to sign over the child. If they where so sure his signature was needed why did they ask for it? Also since when has putting a child in the middle of a mob of morons wielding signs and press been a sign of love for a child? It was a case of if we cant play with her we will send her back damaged.
