Re: “Breaking down the proposed I-526 extension

The majority of Charlestonians have spoken. They overwhelmingly want to see this road finished. Let's not be deterred by a few very loud opposition groups. The time to complete this road and bring competent infrastructure to our sea islands has long since arrived. Join us on facebook if you agree -

Re: “SCDOT stalling on releasing I-526 favorability report

I live on Johns Island and I received a survey. I am informed and have been following this debate closely for several years. I did not speak out when they started having public comments sessions because they were often held at times when I had to be at work, and because I assumed with all the growth on Johns Island the road completion was surely imminent. I thought they had the public comment sessions so that the CCL's friends could come out and do their screaming, but ultimately common sense would prevail and construction would begin. I was wrong. I regret not showing up to voice my opinion and telling my neighbors to do the same. I won't make that mistake again. I've joined Charlestonians for I-526 on facebook, and if you agree with me, then you should too - http://www.facebook.com/pages/Charlestonia….
