Let's be honest here. Alcohol and drug abuse run rampant in Charleston, across a wide variety of industries. To put the screws to the F&B industry is totally unfair. You may as well do a cover story on lawyers, doctors, real estate agents, and whoever else that abuses alcohol. It might be a problem, but it certainly is not industry specific. Just ask the F&B workers who serve the rest of the population. It's also pretty laughable that an "alternative weekly" would choose to crucify the main industry that keeps them in business. As long as we are facing demons, let's all do it together.
