There is a diet that is supposed to cure Celiac as well as gluten sensitivity called the GAPS diet at www.gapsdiet.com by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride. She has a clinic in Cambridge, and holds a degree in Medicine with Postgraduate degrees in both Neurology and Human Nutrition. I was diagnosed with celiac along with both my kids about a year ago and am going to give it a try. I also want to put in a plug for Crave Restaurant, as it's one of the few places close to where I live where I truly feel safe that my food is gluten-free. And the menu is wonderful, with multiple GF dessert choices!
