I went to Folly last night and had the best meal I've had in a while at The 'Wich Doctor. I had their Shad last year and it was great, but the Ouzo reduction on this one had me licking the plate.Holy crap.Can't wait to see what other people do with Shad, bacon grease and Grits is so over done.We also had the Chicken Liver Torta and the Smore Sandwich.I'm contemplating going back to try the rest.

I haven't had their sandwiches either, but that price seems fair and logical.I thin it's unfair to state that they will be closed in 6 months.Afterall, aren't these the same guys that spent way more than 6 months at the Farmers Market (Street Hero) and had such a loyal following they opened an actual restaurant.
As for the B&B, I have no idea what all the fuss is about.There are much better sandwiches in Charleston, IMO.

I had some Pan Fried Shad Roe with Sauce Gribiche a few weeks ago on Folly beach at The Wich Doctor.It was amazing.
