I'd give New Dream no stars if possible. The chef, Eric Gaffin, clearly doesn't care about what his clients have been promised. Hot food is served cold--shrimp and grits and risotto are just cold gelatinous piles glopped onto plates, if kids food is requested he usually 'forgets', breads are frozen and cold, stale; he doesn't bring the supplies necessary to ensure buffet displays look elegant; he'll just pile forks, knives, etc on the table.
Additionally, he can't keep an event planner or event staff for more than 3 or 4 jobs as he doesn't pay them; no one like to be duped into working for free. This leads to events being severely understaffed or inexperienced staff that has little to no interest in making your event a success just like Chef Gaffin.
