e) leave it up to the EMPLOYEES-they're the ones who have to deal with the smoke on a daily basis.

f) ban it while leaving a few oases for the smokers.

Before you berate someone for their constitutional ignorance you might wanna try reading it yourself UnkleSteve. The constitution never mentions "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." That's the Declaration of Independence.
