If lobbying as a legislator is a common as it seems, I say we should take down ALL of them who are using their offices for personal gain.
We also need transparency in all the financial shenanigans going on with investments. I fear those in the general assembly are like ticks feeding off the billions and billions of dollars invested by the state. They are, I'm sure, profiting in kickbacks and investments while the taxpayers are getting screwed on huge fees up front and getting miserable returns on the investments compared to other states.
The legislators and the investment corporations are hiding what's going on on the excuse that the contracts are confidential. Screw that! If they'd doing business with the state, EVERYTHING should be in the open.
The motive for Graham has nothing to do with right and wrong--even in his warped, neocon judgement. The motive for him is power maintained by massive influxes of money from the government contractors making money off continual, low-intensity warfare. Graham is doing everything in his power to send our boys overseas to get maimed or killed defending the borders of other countries just so he can fend off any challengers to his US Senate seat.
