Prayers and light to help you move forward. I believe that you are fighting valiantly and are a role model and inspiration to us all!
It's time for Charleston to make a change... I have eaten at several of the restaurants you mentioned in the article. While eating vegetarian, I have disliked the vegetable plate or the pasta with a few veggies on it. If eating at a fine dining restaurant with a fine dining price, I expect a meal as filling and as tasty and as unique as a meat meal. I don't find that to be the case at most of the restaurants you named. I agree with Sloan's comments in your article. While I think there has been progress, I would like to have real meal choices at these restaurants. Not all of us are impressed with a salad meal, a veggie plate and nothing more. Please develop an appetizer, a soup, a main course and a dessert that is fit for non-meat eaters....It's about time!
Healing thoughts and light to you on this latest challenge that you face. Wishing you a full and speedy recovery.
This is the first time I am embarrassed to be a Native Charlestonian... Forbidding demonstrators from Occupying any park in Charleston will not make the movement go away. Correcting the corruption and inequity in our society, removing the corporate funded politicians and reducing the unemployment rate may help the Occupiers go away. This is not a political issue, but a humanitarian issue... I am dismayed that the Mayor said no yet hopeful that the Occupiers will remain at Marion Square until their rights to demonstrate will end with arrest...
This sounds like a beautiful line-up. I would love to gift my parents with two tickets... They are supporters of music and the arts and would love to attend this festival..Thanks for helping bring music to all ages.
