That was a classless article by GQ. It must be hard times over there to pull a stunt like this......and I don't think they thought about the southern backlash. Manners still matter here! Alan Richman.....your time of relevance is quickly passing.

These days not many self taught chefs have as many great restaurants and get nominated for as many James Beard Awards as Chef Acheson has. I would love to see what he comes up with for the Trattoria dinner!
