These poor animals have no controle over how they feel.It is up to the leaders of Charleston to have compassion for these Carriage horses and to get them off the streets when it is to hot.The new thermometers are the least that they should do to protect these animals from daily suffering. Are they afraid of getting the true reading down on the streets? As a recent visitor to Charleston I have left there with a heavy heart knowing that there are very liberal regulations that the carriage horse industry needs to to abide by.Please council HAVE A HEART! Treat all creatures humanely.
