Re: “

I can't say enough good about this place. I just love it. The atmosphere is superb with outside patio dining. The bar is welcoming and the food is second to none. My favorite stop when I'm in Charleston.

Re: “R. Kitchen offers front-row fun, but the food is a gamble

I've eaten at R Kitchen on several occasions now and have had a truly memorable dining experience each time. It takes real talent to put yourself up for criticism with each and every meal. There really is no place to hide at R Kitchen. You see, hear, and smell every moment. This little place exudes more talent than most of the restaurants in Charleston that I have visited over the last 25 years.

Re: “R. Kitchen

Best out of town restaurant dining experience my wife and I have ever had! We dropped in after seeing the place while walking to another restaurant. I immediately recognized Chef Ross from our dining at Leaf. The place was full (I think reservations only), but Chef Ross sat us anyway and that began a dining experience without equal. It was like sitting in the Chef's kitchen and having him prepare a 5 course meal on the spot just for us. All the other diners were just as amazed. WOW! I'm telling you this is where we will head on our next trip to Charleston.

Re: “Leaf Café's potential to become a long-lived favorite is plain to see

Love this place. Nothing like it at all in Jacksonville, Fl., and until now nothing like it in Charleston. The menu is outstanding and Chef Webb has managed to blend all the best of leaf cuisine (local, eclectic, affordable, food). I will find a way to make a few more trips this year to Charleston just for the opportunity to dine at Leaf.
