@jadenova You're right that there are more direct routes with fewer transfers, but depending on the time of day, sometimes it's actually faster to take the 104 to the 10 — or the 104 to the 102.

@menelso That's a good question. I just added another quote into the story from Steinberger, who says students across the county would still be able to attend the old district-wide magnets. I'm not sure how the funding for county-wide magnets would work, and Steinberger's idea is not actually written in the resolution.
@Cid95, I think the Neck usually refers to an area slightly farther north. We're talking about an area roughly between the bridge and Mt. Pleasant Street here.
