Some things are worth dying for and the Pork Trifecta is one of them. Evo is my favorite restaurant and I would go there all the time if it was less expensive. That said, the food is always good, as is the wait staff. The mushroom soup is delicious and the tomato soup is the best I've ever had. Too bad they rotate the soups.
