People should be good and cranky by the 8th of November when the already congested Crosstown is down to 4 lanes. The words "hard rain" and "high tide" take on a bit more a sinister hue at that point don't you think?
All due respect to Sandlapr, I don't remeber getting the directive that it was mandatory to work at Wal-Mart. That's off topic, though. I have dozens of letters that absolutely show that surrounding residents are totally oppossed because of the traffic. Given the fatal wreck on Folly Beach, they bear listening.
