just more of the same....this "writers" love affair w/ over hyped Brock. Same writer who fell in love w/ all the gastronomy b.s. that was all the rave a couple of years ago over at McBaby's. Apparently now its "down home southern food". Gimme a break, as soon as the next trend pops up, this Paper's writers will jump on board, and forget all about this. As far is Brock is concerened, nothing new here...move along. REAL southern chef's have been doing this for years. Case in point--Frank Stitt: Bottega, Highlands Bar & Grill,
