Wow- Chef Ellis really serves great wonderful organic food- good for the soul! He cares totally about being LOCAL- using Thackery Farms- a local farm and goes out there daily and farms himself- he cares about his customers and that is his primary concern. If you are vegan or not- stop in for a treat for the best organic tasty food around and good for your wallet too! Can't wait for the James Island location- more yummy food for the area-
I am a NOLA girl who has lived here for over 25 yrs- have to say- this town has won me over- love it here and the people. Wish the secret wasn't out- everyone wants to live here now- but I do miss my NOLA to go cups- everywhere you can walk down the street with an adult beverage- I know its a NOLA thing- this town is a tad backwards in its thinking- but thats the southern way-
I went to see a comedy show here-at the Performing Arts Center- people were loud, drunk and rude- it was very hard to enjoy the show- but they removed people there- thats a good thing!
your cake looks so much like the doberge cake that I grew up with in New Orleans- looking forward to your opening in Charleston- make sure you let us know when you come down south again- the cakes look amazing!
