In response to TellItLikeItIsLiz. Paolo´s makes great gelato, but they make it quite clear that you are limited to 1 sample. Most food and beverage places do NOT let people sample anything on the menu. Why would you possibly need to sample every flavor of gelato before getting a cup. Furthermore, if you get a cup, then you can put 4 different flavors in it. With 2 people and 2 cups that´s all of Paolo´s selection in the case. Also, they don´t sell the same flavors every night so you just need to relax a little bit and enjoy a gelato.
