The food at Taco Boy (I have only been to the location on Folly) is pretty decent (I think the tacos are a little over-priced), but I was there recently and encountered several issues. I was there on a Saturday lunch, pretty much the first semi-warm day of the year and they were WAY understaffed. This poor server had to be about to loose her mind, not to mention the ridiculously long time we had to wait for EVERYTHING - Know it wasn't the server's fault, but management really doesn't seem to have a knack for customer service.
Then, I checked my AMEX bill online and had been double-charged. I figured in all the madness, something happened and the card was ran twice; again, I am reasonable and understand that accidents occur. I called and spoke with a manager and they told me that the computer system was to blame and double charged every credit card that was ran that day and that it should be fixed in the next couple of days; it wasn't. I made 3 more attempts to get this issue resolved with Taco Boy and ended up having to dispute it with AMEX. If you go there, I suggest you pay cash.
Great food at a great price. There is also a large variety; even the pickiest eater is bound to find something that he or she will enjoy.
