Re: “Manny's Neighborhood Grille

I recently came to Manny's for brunch and ended up waiting 2 and a half hours for my food. Large parties of people came in, ate their food, and paid for their checks by the time we even got our food. The wait staff was slow and unapologetic. The mimosas were hot and the food was disappointing. Several members of our party left the restaurant hungry. I checked my bank account and realized they charged me double. I went back the next day to speak to a manager and make sure that one of the charges would be taken off and I was spoken to in a VERY rude manner. She had no regard for the situation and wasn't the least bit concerned about the bad experience we had at her restaurant. Thanks to her behavior we will not be returning. I try my best to support local restaurants in Charleston and I find it very sad that Manny's is steering customers away because of their staff's (lack of) customer service skills.
