I'm a Sophomore at Amador High School, and I love theatre. End of story. :)
Sick, and practicing someeee monologues for MLDF.
An excellent and worth-while show to see.
I have been doing a scene from this play for about two years now, and each time I do it, I get so many comments like, "It was so believable." and "Its such a powerful and moving scene." Not only have I gotten that kind of recognition, but it has also earned First-Place in my Theatre class, along with Judges' Choice at Galt High Schools' First Annual Choes Festival. This is an excellent and challenging one-act, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to perform a difficult, and heart-wrenching play.
*Note, I combined Rosannah's final three 'monologues' to make one, larger monologue.
