We used to go to Hatchells all the time. Then they upped their "tappas" sized portions to meal size so you have to pay more and can't possibly order several to share, and got rid of Harp. We ate at Hatchells BECAUSE of the small portions and equivalently sized prices, oh yeah, and for the Harp, but don't see much reason anymore. I can get an average tasting too-big meal and no Harp just about anywhere in MtP
There is obviously a double standard. There always has been between males and females....and I am a woman. Schools are heavily skewed toward girl learning styles; boys are forced to accommodate to this and are frequently labeled ADHD when they have trouble. Females are given a free pass to all variety of government benefits (and are frequently favored for them at the expense of males). Males are ineligible for many of these same benefits, just because they are males, or if they don't register for selective service, etc. As a society we have completely over-compensated in the fairness department, and have turned our girls into weak little pampered princesses. Why shouldn't females have the same lessons about honor and country and duty. Why should females be constantly given a pass, as these girls are, and males held to a different standard.
