If you and Will Moredock were in a debate, I would usually side with him, but I always read your column. You are right on with your observation that political correctness has made us afraid to express ourselves openly, and in some cases, to state the obvious. My only disagreement with you is when you say that you would like to see more from this actor. As a thinking and caring public, the only weapon we have is to stay away from the box office. There are other talents to watch - I think Mel Gibson probably has enough money to keep him going - just let him go live his angry existence and hope that he doesn't "really" hurt anyone.
