Johnny Bananas, don't go bananas... three time's a charm. But really, we're sorry if your message didn't go through. I pride myself in returning emails most everyday. And if for some reason, you were overlooked, or ignored, I'm so so sorry. Only thing I can say, is that I spend most mornings in therapy with my child (he's autistic), and your emails may have been simply lost in the bunch. We get loads of junk mail, as you can imagine, so I'm sorry for any disservice. It was certainly not intentional!
