I remember eating at Mellow Mushroom on my lunch break on a weekly basis in Atlanta. They were never so “upscale” so I really miss just calling in to pick up a calzone or a house salad. I miss the simplicity and the ease of getting good food. However, I guess if you put something downtown it has to have some type of “Down Town Charleston Charm”. The food is top notch, however.

Why didn't they just say Chick-fil-et? Maybe the corporate messiah is coming to a parking lot near you, you don't want to be left with out a parking spot.
