A man lost his life, how do you think his family would feel reading that? Are you that self involved? I guess the answer is yes after reading the above article.

Or how about: Don't be that person who calls into work "sick" the day before the run-- after bragging to all your co-workers that you were going to take part in it. Subtlety is appriciated.
