Re: “Michael Jackson Memorial Roller Disco

This is going to be such a fun night! Don't worry if you can't skate, you can always dance - Rocky Horror is spinning the best of Michael Jackson, The Jackson 5, and Disco hits mixed with great beats and modern songs too! Just to clarify - this event on on Sunday night - 8 to 11pm. Costume contest starts at 10pm.

Re: “Barack Obama’s historic victory and what Kulture Klash 3 really means

Wanna be an art collector? This is a good place to start - you have such a great group of artists hand picked by the Kulture Klash gang in a variety of styles and there’s something for any and every budget. I’m really excited about the Limited Edition Printed-on-Demand Sharpie Marker T-Shirts.

Re: “Fate of the Art

I applaud Seth Curcio for his dedication, energy, curatorial vision, and administrative brilliance during his tenure at Redux. He is a gifted artist who put many of his ambitions on hold to see that this organization became a national contemporary arts venue. Many thanks to him and the board, past and present, for their hard work in promoting cutting-edge art in this town: supporting local artists and inspiring young and emerging artists with important exhibitions, classes, and music shows. In a town with so few modern art venues, hopefully Charlestonians appreciate Redux's multidisciplinary support of the arts.

Over the past 5 years, I have enjoyed many exhibitions and events at Redux, and I am excited to see it grow during the next 5 years.
