Horrendously bad pizza and an insult to the community. Andolini's was much better when I was growing up. I heard that a few years ago the owners brought in a partner with no background in food. Ever since then corners have been cut to up the bottom line.

Gentrification increases property values for everyone in the area, and increases the net wealth of the community. Property tax issue is overblown given the caps on reassessment. Guaranty the author of this article doesn't know what I'm talking about.
1 - How in the world are you qualified to write about this topic? From your article it looks like you saw some commercials, a documentary, and read some other articles. Nice book report of what you saw/read.
2 - Energy companies will find alternatives when it is necessary - not when a bunch of a alarmists feel it is necessary.
The last two countries I visited, Ecuador and Israel, both were burying their power lines all over the place. They really should do this downtown because Wagener Terrace is looking terrible with all these cuts.
