you guys should really stop picking on the opening chef. I don't think it would be his fault that the menu is not being executed to its fullest potential, now and back then ... the opening chef as mentioned has been absent for many months now and has moved on to greener pastures. The fault you guys are finding with the culinary execution of said dishes lies solely in the present kitchen with the present staff has full accountability! please remember a chef is as only as good as his or her last bowl of soup.
