Re: “The 9/11 porn of Cloverfield”
the people commenting are clearly not from new york or the surrounding areas. this movie was not just a monster movie for anyone that was in manhattan on 9/11. if that is what you think, don't disrespect the people that happened to have bad memories dug up by watching the film and telling them to get some popcorn.

Re: “Castaways Grille”
I really wish I lived closer to Castaway's because it is such a chill, spacious bar for happy hour or to grab a bite. They have the usual pub fare but fancy it up with pasta dishes and a pork chop entree. I always make sure to go once a month on the Tuesday when they have a stand up comedy night. I'm usually not a big fan of stand up, especially when I'm not familiar with the comedians because I hate when I have to force myself to awkwardly laugh, but I've been three times and they've never disappointed! It doesn't hurt that they have super cheap beer and a $2 vodka special. I'd highly recommend!!
