Re: “South Carolina's senior senator has his sights set on Iran

I recently heard an interview with an expert on Iran (whose name I have unfortunately forgotten) who said that the animosity between Ahmadinejad and the
Ayatollah is significant, and that the worst thing we could do is destabilize the country; these two might do it for us and open the way for more moderate leaders to take over. As usual, if we intervene militarily, we lose the support of the pro-American youth.

Re: “A few school board members are not acting in the best interest of our students

Yes indeed! As you say, most do a terrific job, just a couple who try to gum up the works.

Re: “Lana

I usually discuss restaurants with friends, but has to post here because I saw a couple of negative reviews. I have never had anything less than a stellar meal at Lana's. In terms of lovely food, value for money and great service, it is one of my favourite Charleston restaurants. Sometimes it gets a bit loud later in the evening so we usually go with just one other couple. We love it!
