Basil is pretty good. As for the wait...yes its long...but go next door to chais, have a drink or an appetizer at their bar and basil will call you on your cell phone. How hard is that? Not hard at all. Ive never waited terribly long, or Ive never noticed bc I go to Chai's and have fun while waiting for my table. Maybe you should try that next time rather than pouting.
