I've eaten here about 5 times and have had excellent service and food each time. Last time I had a confit of pork shoulder. I think it was likely the best pork dish I've ever tasted. It's a destination dish. If you ever see it on the menu, run don't walk.

Yet that's exactly what the author does. The hubris and zealotry in this opinion piece has had me equally riled and laughing the last day. It's the stuff usually reserved for politicians. That's just my opinion, though, I don't pretend to speak for my generation.
Glad to read the fire was more of a minor setback than a catastrophe.
