I have dined at Fish 3 times in the past few months. Each dinner has been fabulous! The creativity of the new menu sets this restaurant apart from others in the downtown area...not a single fried fish on the menu. I have to say that one of the most unique and tasty items on the menu is a tuna filet, lightly seared, served with a slice of grilled watermelon. It sounds strange, I know, but it is amazing! Also another item to note is the baked clams, best clam dish I have ever had-they aren't the slight bit chewy. And just to comment on the band- I think the switch to a jazz trio is much more complimentary to the atmosphere.
