Re: “Oscar's Restaurant

Overrated. I will take Moe's any day over this.

Re: “Gringo's

Very Comparable to Moe's. Had steak burrito. I did like the options of adding sauteed onions/mushrooms on my burrito. Salsa was tasty, but could use another option on the salsa bar like Moe's.

Plenty of seats, big open room, quiet on the day I went. 12/28/2010 @ 12:45pm.

I would go again.

Re: “Fire in the Bowl: Forget hibachi, discover the Korean secrets of Kim's Restaurant

http://www.kimsasianrestaurant.com is their website.
Me and my wife eat at Kim's around 2 times a month. The Korean is delicious.

So I haven't been back to the Red Pepper in over a year, not because of a bad reason, but just haven't given them a thought since eating so much Korean food.

I ordered the Spicy Chicken Panini, which I thought was a very good sandwich. It was very tasty, with medium spiciness, not killing the taste of the chicken and toppings. I did think that the bread that came with the meal was a little too doughy, but some may like it like that. All of us at the table had the cream of broccoli soup and it was very tasty.
One of my partners had a pizza, and although he like a crispy crust, he did admit that it was tasty. It did look good, but being full from my soup and panini, I opted not to taste.

Our server was awesome. Things arrived on time, refills were plenty, and we were definitely taken care of.

If in Summerville, I would recommend.

I have been here twice in the last week. A friend informed us of the great lunch specials. Both times I have ordered the Lunch Sushi Special for 8.95

It comes with a Cali roll (8) and sashimi (6, chef's choice), soup, and salad. It's a very good deal. The sushi tastes great. It is a small place near East Bay Deli and the Blockbuster downtown on East Bay.

I would recommend this place. Service is good, and we are served pretty quickly.

Re: “Al di La

Went again last night to Al Di La. Ordered the Tagliatelle(pasta, spicy sausage, roasted tomatoes). The dish was very good. The sausage does have some mild spice to it.
Went with a party of three last night, and the place was packed. We were seated pretty quick, but you must have a reservation, or you will be waiting for the night. We all thought that the serving size has definitely gotten smaller since the last time I have went (see above :) )Our waiter was a 7 out of 10. When we were seated, he welcomed another table to the side, taking their drink order, bringing the drinks back, taking their appetizer order, and bringing bread out to them, before even welcoming us to Al Di La.

Still a good place though.
