I'm thinking if the economy keeps sucking as it does,dollar value shrinks,people lose jobs,etc...one silver lining to that is that the illegal drug cartels will stop selling in the US because there won't be any profit in it...they'll find "emerging markets, as the fat-cat financial goons call it (of course,they ain't as fat today as they were yesterday)...and THAT'll win the drug war...
