Come on already! Barack Obama is not a "black" president. America is smug in this grand illusion.
America would never elect a Jesse Jackson or a Sharpton. Blacks raised in a black culture. They voted for a palatable oreo.
Barack's blackness is superficial, and ironically, indicative of racism-why is he not white? Oh yeah, because black can be diluted, but white never-the old one-drop rule where one drop of black blood makes you... well, it makes you black.
He was raised by white women and fathered by an African-not a black American. Imagine if a Romanian fathered a child with Li'l Kim and everyone hailed him as the new great white hope!
Get over yourself. You voted for a man, that's more "white" and privileged than all of the racists hiding under robes and patting themselves on the back for electing a "black".
It's all about culture.
Not the color.
Otherwise, you're a racist fooling himself.

If you watch/listen to Bill Moyers, a former member of the LBJ administration, he sounds more conservative than all the blowhards from Beck to Larrson put together.
That tells you something.
Pat Buchanan doesn't even know what planet he's on anymore. It's like a T-Rex coming back from a long space shuttle mission to see that overgrown monkeys are running the joint.
We paleocons have been shoved out of a party that patronizes the fears of religious right wackos while implementing policies of neoliberalism mixed with fascism for good measure.

The problem is the fraction who live here that support the apartheid state of Israel that have considerable wealth and influence. Regrettably, it's all too believable.
America first.
If you love Israel at our nation's detriment... be there and not here.

The US is a de facto satellite state of Israel. Most of Hillary's confirmation hearing revolved around Israel. Obviously, that's all that matters in the world, as the US has come to be dominated by pro-Israel factions on the right and left. Last night, Obama had dinner with Kristol and company, a human shape-shifting neocon hellbent on having the US reshape the mideast, not to benefit the US, but Israel. America does not come first for the zionists living in the midst of America. This country has been hijacked, and just like a hijacked plane, we're on a nosedive.
