Rest Park Farm, run by fifth-generation farmer Urbie West and his son, Ashby, has a long history of farming with natural and sustainable practices. The warmer climate at Rest Park's 800-acre farm in Beaufort allows their CSA customers to get their favorite fresh produce ‚Äî like Certified S.C. Grown tomatoes and bell peppers ‚Äî for longer seasons. They have multiple CSA drop-off locations in Charleston, including Earth Fare, the Jewish Community Center, and Ted's Butcherblock. Pinckney's spring CSA is 12 weeks, beginning in April and running through the end of June.
