Big burgers, a generous craft beer selection, and the deep Sunday brunch menu keep the outdoor patios packed at both Triangle Char & Bar locations. The menu offers a substantial line-up of tacos and salads, but it’s the grass-fed beef burgers and their daring toppings that get the most attention. Sprinkled among them are some clever munchies, like a selection of egg rolls ($8.50 each) filled with shrimp and grits or pulled pork and collards and a bowl of popcorn ($4) tossed with sea salt, white truffle oil, and fine wisps of parmesan cheese.
