Yo Burrito offers Charleston's local version of the big, pop-Mexican burritos that originated in California. Stuff your tortilla with a selection of meats ranging from tomatillo-spiked chicken to grilled mahi mahi, and get it old-school with rice and black beans or Santa Fe style with avocado and grilled veggies. The burritos are joined by a lineup of tacos, nachos, and quesadillas and fresh-made salsa cruda. Big mugs of draft Mexican beers and giant mason jar margaritas make Yo Burrito a great happy hour spot, too. —Robert Moss, Dish (Summer 2012)
