another woman. God did not make another man from Adam’s rib for Adam. As observed in these Scriptures, the purpose and intent of marriage has always been for a man and a woman to begin a family and to find joyous satisfaction in one another and their children.
No! Same-sex “partners” and same-sex “marriages” are not okay, are not normal, are vile, are perverted and need to be repented of. Our government run schools need to stop telling our children that such lifestyles are “different” and that we must be “tolerant” and “open minded about it.”
In Deut. 7:3 we read of the Jews being forbidden to marry outside of their nationality or race. “Neither shalt thou make marriages with them (other nations); thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son.” This was commanded in order to keep the vile sins (such as sodomy) that the other nations were guilty of out of the nation of Israel. We observe that parents were placed with the responsibility of marrying their children off. I do not see, by the way, where God ever took this responsibility away from the parent. This is the standard we need to go back to; but many children no longer honor the parents in this matter. But here in this Scripture we observe that interracial marriage is forbidden for causes previously mentioned. This is spiritually emphasized again in 1 Cor. 6:14, and without question there is no such thing as same-sex marriage even implied in the Word of God for such is a wicked abomination before Him.
We read again of marriage in Ezra 9:12. “Now therefore give not your daughters unto their sons, neither take their daughters unto your sons…” The book of Ezra was written centuries later after the book of Deuteronomy, but we observe that the Word of God stays firm on the subject of marriage: sons and daughters, men and women, husband and wife! There is no room here for some strange perversion. Thus marriage is a God created and ordained institution to be bestowed solely upon a man and a woman. Any so-called religious leader, priest, rabbi or preacher who performs a same-sex marriage, not only supports a wicked and ungodly lifestyle, but also is a partaker of their evil deeds in so doing. How fearful is the day that awaits them.
The main objective of marriage is to “replenish the earth” or procreation, along with a loving companionship between the opposite sexes. To try to claim that the same situation prevails between two people of the same sex is an absolute impossibility, an absurdity, and is most abominable. Lev. 18:22 tells us, “Thou shalt not lie with mankind (a man), as with womankind: it is abomination …. For whosoever shall commit any of these abominations, even the souls that commit them shall be cut off from among their people” (Lev. 18:29). To be an “abomination” means that it is “an object of disgust; something vile and loathsome; something hateful.” Make no mistake dear friends, God’s standards will never change because He is an unchanging God. What was abominable to Him then is still abominable to Him to this very moment.
Again, marriage centuries later after Ezra is still considered solely for a man and woman. In 1 Cor. 7:2 we read, “To avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband". That is, to prevent the sin of fornication and the burning of ones lust,get married to the opposite sex! (To continue).

Visited last Sunday after a much too long sabbatical from the Beach. We ordered the Pork Belly BLT. WOW! All the flavors mingled together to form a wonderful tasting delight. Domestic draft was cold and welcomed in just a few minutes. Dogs are allowed on the patio, and the restaurant has dog bowls with ice for your canine friend. I kinda liked the fries, which I usually skip due to my overweighted frame. The experience was wonderful, and I'll go back soon. Walking down the beach is quite calming, and having a nice meal afterwards is a nice reward.

Libby is married with a child. Does she have a house? If so, it now belongs to Crisis Ministries and can be sold after the paperwork is done. Her family? Too bad. If the husband was the crook, we would have no problems taking his assets, would we? I hope the courts put a lien on anything and everything this woman and her family own, and take it toot sweet and sell it off to the highest bidder until the lost money and expenses related to this crime are paid off. And then put the worthless bitch in jail for a while. Stealing from such a good program is unforgivable.

Many Sodomites attempt to claim that “they were born that way, but the Word of God states, “….male and female created he them” (Gen. 1:27). Each one of us is born into this world as a particular sex. We are expected by God to fulfill our role in the sex we were born as. There is no justification in the idea that, as some put it: “I have long felt that I should have been born a woman,” or vice-versa. The idea is contrary to sound reasoning, depraved, and very repulsive; it is also a self-serving madness.

What is Marriage?
Until recently the word marriage was defined as: “The state of being married; relationship between husband and wife.” To marry means “To join as husband and wife; unite in wedlock. To join (a man) to a woman as her husband, or (a woman) to a man as his wife. To take as husband or wife in marriage” (Webster’s 1957 edition). No one in their right mind would say that these two words of marry and marriage mean anything else, and most of all, a perverted idea of same-sex marriage. The idea smacks of lunacy. This age in which we are now living, beloved, is suffering one of the most wicked declines into sin since the days of Noah. How blind the nations have become in their lust for sin! How can anyone in their right mind sit back and observe this world-wide epidemic and deny the total depravity of man?

Where was marriage first introduced into the human race?
Let me say at the onset that marriage was instituted to establish a holy, sanctified, godly and moral standard for man to abide by in order that sin might not have dominion over him, that men would be restrained in their sin, and that their lives might be more joyous, blessed and content. But even the institution of marriage soon became corrupted as men perverted its intent by acts of polygamy.
With the further perverted idea of same-sex marriage we observe that a deep-seated hatred for God, His law and moral standards, is at the very heart of it. Now observe: if marriage sets a moral standard, it had to be derived from some form of moral code that is instilled within men, as nations and people, to a very large extent have some form of marriage ceremony within their culture. Even the most ungodly and barbaric peoples observe some form of marriage ritual between a man and a woman. This is undeniable. How did these ceremonies and rituals of marriage between a man and a woman come into the human race? Putting it very simply, marriage between a man and a woman was created, ordained and instituted by the Lord God. Many may scoff, mock, ridicule and distain such thoughts, but the facts of history prove them as true.
The first marriage between a man and a woman took place in the garden of Eden. The Lord Himself performed the ceremony and gave away the bride: “And the rib which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. . . Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh” (Gen 2:22 & 24). Added to these statements Genesis 1:28 tells us that God commanded the husband and the wife to “Be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth.” God did not make a woman out of the dust of the earth, remove one of her ribs and make

As a scout many years ago, we helped develop a section of the trail up in the Francis Marion Forest. It remains there today. If someone would contact the appropriate troops in the areas they want to develop, I bet they could get some free labor to do some of the heavy work. Kids love to camp out, and do some activities they can revisit years later. The "Swamp Fox Trail" has been around for over 35 years, and is a very popular portion of the Palmetto Trail project.

What a great idea. I hope the prices are not prohibitive, however. And, are there any provisions for parking, or will it be just curbside in the neighborhood? I don't think they have those stupid residential parking restrictions, but I bet it is coming. Great idea to have Charleston expanding in that direction. Gentrification is gonna happen, folks, and I hope the city fathers keep it from exploding. Still a bit dodgy when you get only a block or two away from there, so be careful at night when going to and from. And don't irritate the locals by pissing in their yards and trashing up the streets.

You can't freeze time, of course FB has changed over the yrs. My earliest point of ref is 91. There were plenty of folks then saying Folly was ruined. If you want gated non changing sterility there dozens of options: Seabrook,Kiawah, Hilton Head etc etc
IMHO Folly has done a pretty good job staying unpretentious and welcoming to all.

Are you taking a stand and speaking out about same-sex marriage? Can you hear it: “Another intolerant bigot has just jumped on the bandwagon. Your days are numbered, Mister! Your intolerance of ‘alternate lifestyles’ will not be tolerated. That is ’hate speech!’ You are without compassion. You are discriminatory. It will not be long before we have you and your kind jailed and silenced from society.”
These are more than likely the thoughts and desires of every Sodomite, not only in our land, but throughout the world. I suspect that just before the soon coming Rapture, such thoughts as the above will receive their fulfillment. Many pastors and faithful Christians will be jailed for slander, intolerance, hate-speech or whatever false charges may be dreamed up. Beloved, Jesus said, “Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you” (John 15:20).
We are living in the time in which the world is preparing the way for the entrance of that grand Sodomite, that grand homosexual, the Antichrist. In speaking of him the Word of God tells us in Daniel 11:37, “Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.” Here we are told of a coming Jewish leader who will have no moral values or standards since he regards not the God of Israel and therefore neither His Word. He will have no regard toward any form of religion or any form of governmental authority. Nor will he regard women and their desire for him. In my mind, there is no doubt that he will approve of same-sex marriage because he will not only be immoral, but he will also be anti-Christian. He will, without question, be a self-centered individual, well suited for today!
Same-sex Marriage?
The very idea or thought of lending credence to it is filled with madness. It is an idea that is totally without logic or reason; but it is an idea that our governmental leaders, our legal systems, seem almost anxious to embrace. Beloved, a rabid dog is without sense and most dangerous; so likewise is this madness of same-sex marriage. They that see nothing wrong with it obviously have taken leave of their senses and have become totally blinded to sound reasoning. That's not what she did. My understanding is that she took Crisis Ministry's checks, made out to vendors, and put them in her account.
What you're doing is what she should have been doing: putting them in CM's account.
(Also, believe it or not, there are a few banks out there that will *not* let a person other than the account holder deposit money in an account.)
